After a few weeks of dull, wet weather, the sun has finally decided to make an entrance. Every Spring I look forward to the glorious magnolia in our front yard flowering. I must say I was worried that this year we'd be watching in from inside the house while the rain came down.
But it's in bloom this week and as beautiful as ever!
It's my favorite plant in the garden, followed by my peony.
What's your cherished plant in your garden?
Gorgeous! I'm waiting for our dogwood to come out. That's when I know the good weather is here to stay!
ReplyDeleteThe best part of spring is the flowers.
ReplyDeleteI see a few that will open soon on our tree, can't wait, I adore them!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,
Nathalie
Beautiful Magnolias. I have a Northern Shade Garden and I just love the bleeding hearts in bloom.

Hi Rosemary,
ReplyDeleteThe bleeding hearts are lovely too. I have a tiny one that just never seems to always stay the same size - not sure why!
